At TAG Grading, we stand behind the quality of our apparel and offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are committed to making it right through a simple exchange or full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn state.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return for quality grading, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
